Royall School District currently has a job opening for a full-time elementary teacher beginning with the 2022-2023school year. Royall Schools is a rural district located in the “Heart of Wisconsin”. It serves the communities of Elroy and Kendall with its schools located in Elroy in which is a beautiful small town located next to the Baraboo River and the Elroy-Kendall-Wilton State Bike Trail. Requirements: Wisconsin certification 1777 or 1088 is required. Multiple certifications are desirable. Prefer applicants possessing the following qualifications: • Strong background in current teaching strategies and methodology in reading and math instruction. • Ability to establish and communicate clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects. • Ability to establish rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order among the students. • Ability to adapt teaching style and instructional materials to meet students’ needs, abilities, and interests. • Strong background in standards based assessments. • The ability to analyze data to support and enhance student learning. • Ability to be a positive team member within a Professional Learning Community. • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills. • A team member that will positively contribute, problem solve, and collaborate together. • The ability to provide a safe and positive learning environment for students. Preference may be given to those with kindergarten experience.
